We have meta-packages with symlinks to clang current version.
Users will likely install "clang" and "clang-tools". But neither of them provides clangXX.X-doc. So user must choose docs for some version of clang.


Looks like we have two options:

1) create meta-package for clang-doc
2) include clangXX.X-doc in "clang" or "clang-tools"
